Job Description: Accounting Consultant
Location: DFW (Hybrid, 3x per week)

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly professional, well-spoken, and detail-oriented Accounting Consultant to join our team in Frisco. This hybrid role requires on-site presence three times per week and offers competitive compensation ranging from $30 to $60 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee cash accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
• Perform detailed revenue accounting tasks, including tracking, analyzing, and reporting revenue streams.
• Utilize Oracle ERP systems to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
• Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various accounting initiatives and projects.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Ensure all financial records and documentation are accurate, well-organized, and readily accessible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cash accounting and revenue accounting.
• Proficiency in Oracle ERP systems is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Compensation

• Hourly rate: $35-$60 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

• the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
