Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of activities, making adjustments as needed to maximize participation and enjoyment. Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in activity planning, recreation, or a related field, preferably in senior living or healthcare settings. Creativity and enthusiasm for developing innovative activities. Ability to assess individual needs and adapt activities accordingly.
