Job Title Agile Coach Company HCLTech Location Remote – California Job ID 2739281 Base Pay Range $74,000.00/yr - $151,800.00/yr Role/Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Coach the team on Agile principles and Scrum practices. Shield the team from external interruptions and distractions. Help the team identify and remove impediments. Support the Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization. Track and report team metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.). Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team environment. Qualifications & Experience Experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills. Scrum certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)). Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally).
