We're looking for a Construction Administrative Assistant to join our client's team in San Diego, CA, where you'll play a key role in supporting project operations from bid to closeout. Position Details - Employment Type : Direct Hire
- Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Location : Onsite in San Diego, CA
- Pay : $25-$30 per hour
Key Responsibilities - Manage and coordinate all aspects of bid preparation and submission
- Handle RFIs and submittals throughout the project lifecycle
- Work with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Draft, review, and maintain contracts, change orders, and subcontractor agreements
- Assist with billing, invoice tracking, and budget monitoring
- Monitor compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and documentation
- Maintain organized records of permits, insurance certificates, and project files
- Support procurement and vendor management processes
- Prepare reports and updates for internal teams and clients
- Ensure all documentation meets legal and regulatory standards
Qualifications - Construction industry experience is required
- Proficiency in Bluebeam and Microsoft Excel
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new platforms quickly
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced office environment
