Job Overview
As an Administrative Assistant, your dynamic role will involve managing front desk activities, supporting various administrative functions, and providing exceptional customer service. You’ll be a key player in maintaining a welcoming environment for both clients and team members while juggling multiple tasks.

Tiffany Construction Company is a well-established construction company seeking a hardworking, detail oriented and motivated individual for the position of Administrative Assistant.

This is a Full-Time position.

Responsibilities

· Answering the Front Office Phones

· Processing Applicants and New Hires

· Verifying and Coding Vendor Invoices

· Summarizing Extra Work Order Tickets for Customer Billings

· Assisting and Supporting Project Managers and Foremen

· Maintaining All Project Correspondence and Project Files

· Monitoring and Updating Various Reports

· Ordering Office Supplies and Tidying the Office

· Additional Administrative Support Duties as Needed

 

Qualifications

· Organized, Detailed, Accurate. Must be able to complete tasks as assigned

· Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook

· Able to Set and Meet Deadlines

· Able to Prioritize and Take Direction

· Hard Working and Able to Work Alone or as Part of a Team

· Willing to Take Ownership of Position
