Job Description

The Data Entry Specialist will assist the Pricing Team with a substantial project related to quotes. This role involves transferring information from Excel files, emails, and other sources into an internal quoting system.

Responsibilities

• Transfer data from Excel files, emails, and other sources into the internal quoting system.

• Collaborate with the Pricing Team to ensure accurate data entry.

• Maintain high attention to detail while entering data.

• Communicate effectively with team members to resolve any data discrepancies.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with SAP and Salesforce is preferred but not required.

• Ability to learn new programs quickly.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Work Environment

This position is fully onsite with the potential to transition to remote work. It offers a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in a reputable organization. The role initially spans a year, with the possibility of extension or permanent placement based on performance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
