Key job responsibilities:

• Must have an excellent knowledge of areas noted above
• Respond quickly to driver calls
• Coordinate with other dispatchers regarding the assigning and reassigning of rides
• Be detail oriented and organized in providing documentation of various tasks and procedures
• Must have excellent customer services skills
• Work with dispatch team and follow management direction in performing specific tasks as directed
• Duties will include accessing multiple computer programs in order to determine proper decision making for scheduling assignments, making reservations, problem solving and customer service

Minimum requirements:

• At least 2 years dispatching experience or related transportation/customer service experience. Excellent teamwork skills.
• Must be drug/alcohol free. (We perform pre-employment and random drug testing)
• Work schedule flexibility
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain 7D license
