Job Title: Bilingual Dispatcher (English/Spanish)
Location: Burlington Township, NJ 08016
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
Type: Temp-to-Perm

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our logistics and operations team in Burlington Township. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a vital role in coordinating drivers, tracking deliveries, and ensuring efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate drivers, routes, and schedules to meet customer delivery needs.
• Communicate clearly with drivers and warehouse staff in both English and Spanish.
• Monitor delivery progress, resolve route or scheduling issues promptly.
• Update dispatch logs, driver records, and delivery reports accurately.
• Assist with route planning and load assignments to optimize efficiency.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding delivery times and delays.
• Support operations and administrative teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Previous dispatch, logistics, or transportation coordination experience preferred.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Proficient with computers, data entry, and dispatch software (training provided).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
