Daily dispatching of Elevator Mechanics. Tracking of mechanics time along with check-ins and check-outs for all field personnel. Planning and laying out work for elevator repair teams. Maintaining updates on work to be scheduled and completed work. Tracking jobs through ‘Small Business Financials’ as well as written log book. Coordinating and working closely with field supervisors. Liaise between customers and field men to respond to calls and schedule work.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
-Must be available to work Monday- Friday 7am-4:00pm
-Willingness to work extensive long hours
-Experience in the Elevator Industry/Dispatching a plus
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Ability to multi-task effectively without error
-Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Outlook a plus
-Ability to handle a high pressure environment
-‘Small Business Financials’ experience preferred but not required
-Strong ability to retain information preferred
