Our national construction firm seeks a Field Construction Administrative Assistant in the Florida panhandle area for a local exterior renovation project. Our services spread throughout the Multi-family, Senior Housing, Student Housing and Low-Income Tax Credit Housing Industries. General Position Description:

This position is a jobsite support role for our project management team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: maintaining a safe work environment; presenting safety meetings; conducting safety inspections; ensuring quality workmanship in accordance with project documents; monitoring quality control; executing work according to project schedule; preparing daily logs; and providing timely/accurate reports from the field. Duties include: taking documentation photos; logging photos; tracking extra work; organizing punch lists; overseeing material inventory; and managing rental equipment. Additional duties include assisting with: building permits; vendor purchase orders; subcontract agreements; RFI’s; and Davis Bacon Wage compliance.

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:

· Customer-focused mentality

· Strong time management and organization skills

· 1-2 years of administrative experience in the construction industry

· Superior verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to prioritize and multitask

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and strong in Excel

· General construction accounting knowledge is preferred

· Extensive Background check will be required

· Dependable transportation is required

· Experience with Davis Bacon Wage and Certified Payroll compliance is a plus

· Experience with HUD and tax credit construction projects is a plus

· Based in the Florida panhandle area is a plus
