Key Responsibilities: -Provide phone and remote support for a wide range of users and devices. -Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain desktop computers and various technologies. -Assist with software and hardware issues across Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and enterprise platforms. -Support enterprise tools such as Gmail, Zoom, Office Suite, and web browsers. -Collaborate with IT leadership and contribute to team success. ? Minimum Qualifications: -3+ years of hands-on experience troubleshooting and maintaining desktops and related tech, or equivalent education/experience. -At least 1 year of phone-based technical support working directly with customers. -Strong verbal communication skills and professionalism in all interactions. -Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment. -Intermediate to advanced knowledge of computing hardware/software and enterprise tools. -Basic to intermediate understanding of IT networking concepts (IPv4, DNS, VPNs, etc.). ??
