Kim IP, a New Jersey based intellectual property law firm, is seeking a part-time IP Litigation Associate. We are seeking highly qualified and motivated candidates with excellent academic credentials, communication skills, writing skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of litigation experience
• Federal Court litigation experience required.
• Prior IP litigation experience a plus.
• JD, NJ State Bar or ability to gain admission to NJ.
