You will provide an authentic, fun and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear. Key Responsibilities Drive Sales & Build Relationships: Hit sales targets and exceed expectations by connecting with customers and building lasting relationships. Pay Range: 16.50-19.90 Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. You may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
