Job Title: MRI Technician Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: MRI Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (07:00 - 15:30) Experience: Minimum 2 years of MRI experience License: Valid state license Certifications: ARRT certification, BLS certification Must-Have: Experience in adult ICU, adult outpatient, and pediatric acute care settings Proficiency in imaging: abdominal, female & male pelvis, chest, brain, face/neck, hip/bony pelvis, knee, shoulder Familiarity with PACS and Siemens equipment Description: We are seeking a skilled MRI Technician with a strong background in neuro, abdominal, and musculoskeletal imaging to join our team. This role focuses on weekend night shifts and supports both inpatient and outpatient imaging with a focus on oncology cases. The average daily census is 35-40 cases. The patient population includes adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Electronic documentation is managed through an electronic system. Required skills include experience in multiple imaging procedures. Candidates must have knowledge and experience with Siemens MRI equipment. Candidates must be willing to work a weekend and a 40-hour week. This position includes special imaging procedures such as fusion (non-brain), gradient echo imaging, and image post-processing. Candidates must complete fingerprinting requirements upon contract signing. Two professional references are required; at least one must be from a leadership position.
