Position Highlights:

• Location: Steele Creek Urgent Care, Charlotte, NC
• Schedule: 6 shifts biweekly
• Shift Hours: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (8-hour shifts)
• Role Type: Part-Time
• Bonus: $5,000 sign-on bonus

Key Responsibilities & Highlights:

• Manage a wide variety of clinical concerns with autonomy and support
• Engage in shared decision-making and collaborative problem-solving
• Enjoy a steady patient flow with efficient scheduling
• Practice in state-of-the-art centers equipped with Integrated EPIC EMR, POC testing and o n-site X-ray.
• Lead a clinical team including Rad Techs and Medical Assistants
• Deliver care in one of the cleanest, quietest, and best-maintained healthcare settings in the nation

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1 year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine
• Proficient in minor procedures (sutures, splints, casts, etc.)
• Comfortable with preliminary reads on EKGs and X-rays
• Experience treating patients 6 months and older
• Physicians must be board certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med-Peds
