Associate attorneys may work remotely and your hours may be flexible. However, you are required to appear at all hearings and depositions in person.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to clients
• Maintain client relationships
• Advocate for clients in court
• Prepare legal reports and documents
• Filing claims, motions and doing discovery
• Negotiate settlements
• Do whatever is necessary to help our team succeed
• Meet your billable hourly requirements

Qualifications

• JD
• California Bar License
• At least 2 - 5 Years of Experience as a Family Law Attorney
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong legal knowledge
• Discovery Background a Plus
• Civil Litigation Background a Plus
• Bankruptcy Background a Plus
