TITLE: CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
ABOUT THE JOB:Apply now! We are seeking an experienced candidate for the role of Construction Administrative Assistant for a construction company in the Central Valley. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Service Department to schedule and organize service needs: contract support, handle report generation, data entry and other administrative duties all while maintaining safety as a top priority.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an Administrative Support role, ideally within a construction environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction-based software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, time management skills and problem-solving skills
• Perform well under deadlines and can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess and conduct work with the highest ethical standards
• Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently into computer software and systems
• Ability to emphasize safety as a top priority
• Good verbal and written communication skills
