Apex manufactures satellite buses at scale, enabling space-related applications across earth observation, communications, and more. The Revenue Operations Manager is the force multiplier behind Apex’s Business Development and Sales organization, designing and running the systems, tools, and processes that enable data-driven decision-making and scalable growth. This role reports to the VP of Business Development & Sales. Responsibilities Own Apex’s BD data infrastructure: CRM, dashboards, and forecasting models. Define and enforce pipeline hygiene and forecasting discipline across the sales organization. Track and analyze bookings, pipeline health, and funnel metrics; drive a regular reporting cadence. Build and maintain pricing, costing, and margin tools to support deal strategy and execution. Collaborate with the VP of BD & Sales to design and roll out BD process standards, templates, and playbooks to drive consistency and scale. Qualifications 5+ years in sales operations, revenue operations, or FP&A. Analytical, process-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-growing startup. Advanced Excel and CRM proficiency. U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data. Compensation Base pay range: $120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr .
