Warehouse Associate (Entry-Level)

Pay Rate:

• Temporary Start: $15/hour
  
  
• Permanent Hire Rate: $17/hour
  
  

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Schedule:

• Monday-Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
  
  
• Wednesday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  
  
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  
  
• Additional hours may be offered at management's discretion, including voluntary extended shifts on Fridays.
  
  

Position Overview:


We are seeking energetic, dependable Warehouse Associates to join a dynamic team where you'll be cross-trained in a variety of essential warehouse operations. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for individuals eager to work, move, and grow with a company that prioritizes internal promotion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick, pack, scan, stock , and clean warehouse inventory.
  
  
• Rotate through various warehouse functions with attention to quality and efficiency.
  
  
• Maintain a fast-paced rhythm that involves significant walking throughout each shift.
  
  
• Follow safety and operational procedures consistently.

Qualifications:

• No prior warehouse experience is required- on-the-job training provided .
  
  
• Must be able to walk long distances and stay on your feet for extended periods.
  
  
• Reliability and punctuality are critical.
  
  
• Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks with attention to detail.
  
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a collaborative environment.
